Shipping

• We ship from our factory in China directly to your door in Australia.
• Production: 3–5 days after design approval and payment.

• No import duty or GST to pay on delivery: for Australian orders up to A$1,000, there is nothing extra to pay when your kits arrive. [待 Liang 确认: GST 注册情况]
• No split shipments: Orders are shipped as one consignment — we don’t split orders into smaller parcels to stay under A$1,000.
• Orders over A$1,000 (e.g. 23+ kits at A$45): quoted separately, with shipping, duties and taxes listed in your quote. [待 Liang 确认: 23 套以上/超 A$1,000 订单的关税和税费由谁承担]

Lost or damaged parcels

All orders ship tracked. If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos of the parcel and items, and we will remake and resend the affected items or refund you. [待 Liang 确认：丢件/破损的处理方式（重做或退款）、报告时限、需提供的照片]

Returns, remakes & refunds

Because every item is made to your design, sizes and names, we can’t accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

This doesn’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: if an item has a quality fault, isn’t as described, or we made a mistake with your artwork, sizes or names, we’ll remake it free of charge or refund you. Please contact us with photos of the problem. [待 Liang 确认：报告时限（如到货后 X 天内）]
