• What we collect: name, email, WhatsApp number, club/organisation, order details, uploaded logos and player size lists (names/numbers).
• Why: to prepare mockups, quotes and orders, and to contact you about your enquiry.
• Payments: card payments are processed by our payment provider; we don’t store full card details.
• Sharing: only with service providers needed to fulfil your order (e.g. payment and shipping).

Team rosters and players’ details

Team rosters (player names, numbers and sizes) may include details of children. We handle them carefully:

• Used only to produce your order — printing names and numbers and packing by size.
• Not shared with anyone except our production team and, where needed, the courier delivering your order. We never sell roster data or use it for marketing.
• Deleted after a set period: we delete roster data [待 Liang 确认: e.g. 12 months] after your order is delivered, unless you ask us to keep it on file for reorders.
• Only send what we need: names (or initials), numbers and sizes. Please don’t send dates of birth or contact details for players.
• Your choice: the person sending the roster should have the club’s or parents’ permission to share it. Ask us any time to delete it sooner.
