1. Orders. New team orders start from 20 kits (youth and adult sizes can be mixed). [待 Liang 确认：多队/多款是否可合并凑 20] Reorders of an existing design start from 5 pieces.
2. Mockups. Mockups are free and sent within 48 hours. Production only starts after you approve the final mockup and size list.
3. Payment. Placing an order online does not charge your card. After mockup approval we send a secure Visa / Mastercard payment link. Production starts after payment. [待 Liang 确认：全款/定金]
4. Prices. Prices shown are in AUD and are “from” prices; your final price is confirmed on your mockup/quote before you pay. Australian orders up to A$1,000 have no import duty or GST to pay on delivery; larger orders are quoted separately, with duties and taxes listed in the quote. Orders are shipped as one consignment — we don’t split orders into smaller parcels to stay under A$1,000. [待 Liang 确认: GST 注册情况]
5. Your artwork, logos and names. You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every crest, sponsor logo, name, number and image you send us, and that your club has approved them for use on its kits. We may decline a design that, in our reasonable view, uses another brand’s trade mark or copies a professional team’s kit — if we do, we’ll tell you why and suggest changes before anything is made. 6. Changes and cancellation. You can change or cancel your order at no cost before you approve the final mockup and size list — nothing is charged before then. Production only starts after you approve the final mockup and size list. If you need to cancel after approval, tell us as soon as possible: we will only charge for work and materials already used on your order, explain how the amount was worked out, and refund the rest. 7. Returns, remakes & refunds. Because every item is made to your design, sizes and names, we can’t accept returns or refunds for change of mind. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: if an item has a quality fault, isn’t as described, or we made a mistake with your artwork, sizes or names, we’ll remake it free of charge or refund you.
